Fire Evacuation Plans

A well-prepared Fire Evacuation Plan helps occupants understand what to do and how to leave a building safely in the event of a fire. Safeguard Consultancy develops professional Fire Evacuation Plans throughout Northamptonshire, tailored to the layout, occupancy and fire safety requirements of individual premises.

We consider key aspects of evacuation including escape routes, emergency exits, assembly points, fire alarm arrangements and evacuation procedures. Where appropriate, consideration can also be given to people who may require additional assistance during an emergency.

Fire Evacuation Plans can be prepared for commercial premises, residential buildings, educational establishments, care environments and other managed properties. Each plan is developed around the specific building and its occupants, providing procedures that are clear and practical.

Our approach helps building owners, property managers and responsible persons establish effective procedures for managing an emergency evacuation.
